District Level Science Quiz Competition

A district level science quiz competition was organized on Friday at the first female teacher Mata Savitribai Phule Government Girls College located in Sector-18. 18 teams from 10 colleges of the district participated in the quiz competition organized under the aegis of Haryana State Science and Technology Council Haryana. Government College Kharkhoda, KLP College, Ahir College, RDS Girls College, Government Girls College Bawal, Government Girls College Rewari,Teams from Government College Kosli, Government College Kanwali, Government Girls College Pali and Government Girls College Gurawara participated in the competition. The program was presided over by Rajveer Singh. Program coordinator Dr. Kavita Sainitold that a screening test was organized at the first level in the competition and on the basis of the test, 8 teams were selected, who participated in the main round quiz. Sunil Kumar and Dr. Rajni played the role of quiz master in the main round.On the basis of the main round, five teams have been selected for the zonal level, which will represent the district in the zonal level quiz competition to be held in Gurugram. The team of Government College Kharkhra stood first in the main round. Among the other teams, two teams of KLP College and one team each from Ahir College and RDS Girls College were selected for the zonal level quiz.On this occasion, Sunil Kumar, Jayshree, Nisha, Naveen, Jyoti Yadav, Renu, Neeru, Manisha, Mintu, Deepika, Manju, Anupama, Mausam, Prakriti, Meenakshi, Vandana, Ramotar, Jitendra and Chandrakant extended their cooperation.
