NPTEL, the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning, is an initiative by India's IITs and IISc that provides free online courses and video lectures in engineering, sciences, and humanities. Launched in 2003 and funded by the Ministry of Education, NPTEL offers a vast repository of courses.
SWAYAM is an Indian government initiative and indigenous platform offering free online courses from school to postgraduate level, designed to provide access, equity, and quality education to all learners, including the disadvantaged. Known as Study Webs of Active-learning for Young Aspiring Minds.
