NCC Activities 2019-20

31 NCC cadets participate in live show of P.M. Narednder Modi on Fit India Movement.
• 21 Sept, 2019 to 30 Sept, 2019
Neha (HR/18/SWA/261082) was selected and joined the RDC camp Rohtak. And She was also selected for guard of Honour.

23 cadets joined camp at Ghoshgarh, Gurugram Organised by 5 HR Batalian. Our cadtes got following postion in camp.
Tug of was between GCW Rewari and DSD, Gurugram.
• Pooja Yadav of NCC cadet selected in women police force Banglore.

o Kabbadi Tournament were held at Jaipur University from 12.10.2019 to 14.10.2019 cadet Vinita of 2nd year(HR/18/SWA/261067) participated and tema got 3rd postion.

o In the same(three day tournament) Khel Mahakhumbh,t Rao Tularam Stadium, Rewari Ritu,Kiran and Annu Rathi participated in Handball game and got 3rd postion.

Khel Mahakhumbh were held at Rao Tularam Stadium, Rewari cadet Vinita) participated Kabbadi Tournament with her team.

o Youth festival held at Indira Gandhi University, cadet Radhika D/o Fathe Singh participated in youth festival in following categories- Haryanvi poem-2nd postion and Hindi debate 2nd postion.

o Takewando tournament held at Chhurawas. Cadets Shivani, and Nidhi Kaushik got postion in different weight categories.

Youth day was celebrated at Huda Chowk, Rewari Guest Manohar Lal Khattar was the Chief Guest aat the Marathon held at Rewari.

National Integration camp was held at Rupnagar, Ropad, Punjab from 13 Jan, 2020 to 24 Jan 2020. Two cadets participated in it.
• 1.Cadet Muskan of 2nd year participated in Volleyball game.
• 2. Cadet Muskan 2nd & Cadet Divya of 3rd year both participated in Tag of war and got 1st postion in it.
• 3. Cadet Muskan 2nd & Cadet Divya of 3rd year both participated in speech competition held at the camp.

• Priyanshi,Shivani,Sunita,Durga and Disha participated in three leg race.
• Priyanshi,Shivani,Sunita,Durga and Disha participated in1500m race.
• Exta and Usha participated in spoon race.
• Puja and ritu kumara participated in Shotput.
• Nidhi,Neha and Muskan participated 200m race.
• Annu,Neha and Muskan participated in marathon.
• Neha and Muskan also did piloting for the Chief Guest.
• All the first year cadets manage discipline related issue on the every day.
• Ankita, Kalpna and Ritu Kumari participated in javelin throw completion during sports meet.
• Kirna Sharma participated in 1600m race on sports day competition.

o Written Exam of ‘B’ Certificate was held at 8 HR BN Rewari.

o Basant Mahotsav held at G.C.W. Rewari.

• Cadet Priya and Neelam participated in solo song.
• Cadet Annu Rathi, Deepika participated in debates in Hindi and English languages.

o Cadet Usha Kumari, Nidhi in intercollege Taekwando Trial.

o Cadet Usha Kumari got selected in Inter University game Taekwando. She got silver medal in it.

o Kabbadi State Tournament held at G.C.W. Rewari, Vinita participated in it. All NCC cadet managed discipline criteria when the tournament held in our college.

• 1 March,2020
o Zero discrimination day was celebrated at college. Preeti Kumari, Neha, Muskan,Annu Rathi and Deepika participated in it.
• 7 March, 2020 – Holi function held at college. All cadets gave duties.

• International World Water Day was celebrated on 22 March (Sunday) by NCC Cadets.
• 25 March, 2020 – All cadets installed Aarogya Setu App and also motivated their family members to do the same.
• 10 April, 2020 – Cadets took training to fight Covid-19. This training was online. A certificate was also issued to each cadet.
• International Yoga day was celebrated on 21 June, 2020.
• 25 July, 2020 – Cadets participated in “Podharopan” activity and planted trees.
• 25-26 July, 2020 – Online declamation competition was held on 25 July to 26 July on the topic of “NCC is not about uniform or uniformity, it is about unity”.
• 04-14 August, 2020 – Articles writing activity was held between 04 August – 14 August on topics of “Swachhata – A way of life and my vision for india” and “Enhancing Traffic Awareness to save lives”.
• 05 August, 2020 – Taking pledge for the scheme “Be Vocal about Local”. All cadets took pledge to promote Indian manufactured materials under the ambitious scheme, “Be Vocal about Local”.
• 09 August, 2020 – Participation in quiz conducted by Ministry of Defense and MyGov.in. Cadets participated in the quiz and get certificate of participation.
• 01-15 August, 2020 – Blog & Video creation on ‘Aatma Nirbhar Bharat – Bharat Awareness Topic’. Cadets wrote blog and made videos and uploaded it on social media to create awareness among people.
